Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of website design services from Ecliptic Web Design ("we," "us"). By ordering, you agree to these terms.

The service

We design and build custom websites for home service contractors. Packages:

• Launch ($297): 5-page website, live within 48 hours of your completed intake questionnaire, 1 revision round.
• Growth ($697): Everything in Launch plus SEO foundations and Google Business Profile setup, live within 72 hours, 2 revision rounds.
• Authority ($1,197): Everything in Growth plus logo/brand refresh and conversion copy polish, live within 5 days, 2 revision rounds and 30 days of priority support.

Delivery timelines start when you submit a complete intake questionnaire with the assets we request. Missing photos, logos, or business details pause the timeline until received.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and complete the intake questionnaire promptly.
• Only provide content (text, photos, logos) you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the legality of materials you supply.
• Review your site and request revisions within the rounds included in your package.

Payment

All prices are in USD and charged as one-time payments through Stripe, unless you choose the monthly care plan ($97/month, billed monthly until cancelled). We do not store your card details.

Guarantee and refunds

Every build is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, and Launch orders carry our 48-hour delivery promise ($100 off if your site is not live within 48 hours of your completed questionnaire). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Ownership

Once your site is delivered and paid in full, you own the final website design and its content. We may ask your permission to feature your finished site in our portfolio — we will never present your site publicly without your okay.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services or any site we build for unlawful purposes, or to misrepresent your business, licenses, or credentials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
