Ecliptic Web Design ("we," "us") provides website design and build services for home service contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Order and intake information: When you buy a package or complete our project questionnaire, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and business details such as services, service area, and brand assets. Our intake forms are hosted by Tally.
• Payment information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage and ad measurement: We use the Meta Pixel on this site to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure the performance of our ads. The pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken (such as clicking an order button). This data is shared with Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

• To fulfill your order: build, deliver, and support your website.
• To send transactional messages: order confirmation, build updates, delivery notices, and review requests.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not operate a marketing email list. We never sell your personal data.

Your choices

• Meta ads: You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
• Cookies and tracking: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the pixel's cookies may limit some site features.
• Access or deletion: To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email kevk13@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep order and project records for as long as needed to provide support, honor our guarantee, and meet legal obligations. Intake information for orders that are refunded is deleted on request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
