14-day money-back guarantee

If you don't love your new site, email kevk13@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund every cent. No forms, no hard feelings.

This guarantee covers all one-time packages (Launch $297, Growth $697, Authority $1,197) and add-ons (Priority Delivery $147, SEO Power Pack $197).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

One-time website builds are not refundable after 14 days from delivery.

48-hour delivery promise

If your Launch site isn't live within 48 hours of your completed intake questionnaire, you get $100 off automatically — no request needed. The timeline pauses if we're waiting on missing photos, logos, or business details from you.

Care plan (subscription)

• $97/month: cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing month; we don't prorate partial months.
• $970/year: full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable, but you can cancel renewal so you're never charged again.
